Connorstone Engineering, Inc.

Connorstone Engineering has been in business since 1972 providing consulting engineering to the development community in the Metrowest and Worcester County area. Offices are located in Sudbury (Sullivan Connors and Associates) and Northborough (Connorstone Engineering Inc.).

Connorstone and Sullivan Connors & Associates, Inc. provides survey and engineering services along with ecological consulting and compliance for land use projects for both private developers and some municipalities. Licensed professionals include: Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyor, and Registered Sanitarian. The president is George Connors an attorney admitted to practice in Massachusetts. Most of the 12-15 employees have been with the company for over 20 years.

Connorstone and Sullivan Connors & Associates, Inc. have prepared plans for projects ranging from single family house septic system repairs to multi-unit apartment building developments, industrial and commercial buildings and the associated development infrastructure, highway widening/signalization, 40B projects, sewer treatment facilities, community water supplies, stormwater facilities, large and complex hydrologic analysis, and difficult environmental permitting. We also have been effective in appeals processes in favor of development.

is ever vigilant and sensitive to ‘time & cost’ aspects of every project. In our years of experience we have streamlined all steps of civil engineering & land surveying. We are a group that is professional and easy to work with. Our full-service staff is knowledgeable and well versed in State and local land law. We work closely with our clients and understand what they want and need for success in their project.

Connorstone works with a select few specialty engineers and consultants for many years to bring forth the necessary expertise for complex site challenges including geotechnical issues, wetland and endangered species habitat issues, and structural problems associated with civil site development.

Our survey department is equipped with all of the current advanced survey systems (total stations, robotic instruments, and GPS), all integrated with constantly updated software. The survey department deals with Land Court and title issues on a regular basis.
